Delete Your Account & Data

Option 1: In the app

Open Flip, go to Account → Profile, and tap Delete Account at the bottom. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated data.

Option 2: By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email bc_46@btinternet.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account (sign-in credentials, via our authentication provider Clerk)
• Your subscription tier and scan usage records
• Any price alerts you've set
• Your push notification token

Scan history saved on your device is stored locally and is removed when you delete the app, or automatically when you delete your account in-app.
